Post-Informatique
For fifty years, executives have been trained in finance, strategy, and marketing. Not in information. When management textbooks were written, information was still marginal. By the time it became the core of production, training hadn't caught up. The result: most organizations don't know how to draw the line between what they do that no one else could do in their place, and what they could hand to the outside without losing anything essential.
Post-Informatique is the doctrine I built to answer that. Not an imported methodology. A framework developed over twenty years, across three regulated sectors, on real programs.
What I bring
I work at the intersection of the C-suite and tactical management. My role is to position programs so they serve a management decision — not just deliver on time.
A network built over two decades in French-speaking Switzerland: management of pension funds, insurers, para-state bodies, professional associations. The codes and institutions of this corridor, not an imported methodology.
A structured doctrine on informational strategy that repositions each intervention at the level where decisions carry weight.
Track record
Twenty years directing information organization programs in environments where information isn't a peripheral topic: it's the productive apparatus itself.
FEDELIA SA · 2023–2025
Group of 5 Swiss compensation funds, 500,000 insured. Product director iPension, member of the operational management. Executives were deciding without a three-year picture. They got one: project and function mapping, summarized at their level, projected over 36 months. Tripartite governance structured through 20+ multi-stakeholder working groups. Ongoing federal regulatory compliance: MOSAR, APG, Swissdec.
Agro-Twin AG / AGRIDEA · 2019–2023
Swiss association for agricultural and rural development. Managing a team of 10, product strategy for a SaaS serving 35 client and shareholder fiduciaries. The product portfolio no longer served the strategy; infrastructure and processes made the solution unstable. Restructured. Then chief of staff for the Dynamisation and Digitalisation project: transforming the association toward a more agile structure.
Bison Schweiz AG / fenaco · 2016–2019
IT project manager LANDI. Several agricultural cooperatives in the network (300+ branches across Switzerland) migrated to a shared ERP with renewed infrastructure, without service interruption. Entity mergers completed under tight deadlines. Multi-site, multilingual environment.
Direct knowledge of information-intensive sectors: pension and disability insurance funds, insurers, para-state bodies, professional associations. Trilingual FR / DE / EN, operational across Switzerland.
